Day 3–4: Anchor New Identity Through Action
With your new identity freshly visualized, it’s time to bring it to life through action. Actions are your bridge from visualization to reality.
Take Bold Actions:
On Day 3, contemplate one bold action that aligns with your newfound identity. This could involve taking a cooking class if you dream of becoming a culinary expert, or reaching out to a mentor in your desired field. Small steps can lead to significant changes.
