🌅 Morning Routine (Daily: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM)

  • 6:00 AM – Wake Up: Energized, motivated — no snooze.

  • 6:15 AM – Movement: Walk, light exercise, or yoga.

  • 6:45 AM – Mindset: 10 minutes of meditation, 5 minutes of visualization as your future self.

  • 7:00 AM – Journal: Gratitude, review of goals, affirmation of identity (e.g., “I am a confident, focused entrepreneur”).

  • 7:30 AM – Healthy Breakfast: High-protein, mindful eating.

  • 8:00 AM – Learning Block: Read or watch something that feeds your vision (business, skill-building, mindset).

  • 8:30 AM – Plan the Day: Review your top 3 priorities aligned to long-term goals.

Sunday:

  • Reset: Clean, plan week ahead, schedule time blocks, align with vision.
